Meet Nina Aman...

Nina Aman is a facilitator and practitioner whose work centers on nervous-system regulation, symbolic perception, and experiential integration. Born in Iran, she carries a deep cultural and ancestral awareness that informs her sensitivity to rhythm, ritual, and the nonverbal dimensions of human experience.

With formal education in psychology and history, Nina approaches inner work through both contextual understanding and direct experience; bridging how meaning is formed across cultures with how perception, emotion, and attention function in the body. Her studies have included long-term engagement with esoteric and contemplative traditions such as Sufism and Kabbalah, where symbolic language and archetypal structures are understood as tools for insight rather than belief systems.

This multidisciplinary foundation shapes a practice that is both grounded and intuitive. Nina works with sound, attention, and symbolic frameworks to support emotional regulation, clarity, and integration, particularly during periods of transition, pressure, or inner reorganization. Rather than emphasizing techniques, her sessions prioritize state, presence, and the conditions that allow insight and coherence to emerge organically.

Nina has extensive experience facilitating both individuals and groups, and her work adapts seamlessly to intimate settings as well as larger collective environments. Whether in private sessions or shared ceremonial spaces, her approach fosters stability, self-understanding, and a sense of internal alignment without force or performance.

Her work is experiential rather than diagnostic, and relational rather than prescriptive; rooted in the intelligence of the nervous system and the quiet authority of lived attention.

What is Spiritual Healing?

Spiritual healing is an ancient practice that addresses the root causes of imbalance in your life. It goes beyond the physical, working with your energy, emotions, and spirit to create lasting transformation. Through ceremony, meditation, and sacred practices, we create space for deep healing to occur.

Whether you're dealing with trauma, seeking clarity, or simply wanting to deepen your spiritual connection, these practices offer a pathway to wholeness. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and guided by intuition and years of experience.

What is Trauma?

Trauma is not defined by what happened to you, but by what your nervous system was unable to process or complete at the time. It lives less in memory and more in the body, in patterns of tension, shutdown, hyper-vigilance, emotional overwhelm, or numbness.

Trauma can arise from obvious events such as loss, abuse, or accidents, but it can also come from chronic stress, emotional neglect, relational wounding, or prolonged instability. Often, people don’t identify as “traumatized,” yet feel stuck in repeating patterns, exhaustion, anxiety, or disconnection from themselves and others.

Healing trauma is not about reliving the past or forcing catharsis. It is about restoring safety, gently bringing the nervous system out of survival states, and allowing the body to complete what was once interrupted.

Ceremonies & Private Events

I offer personalized ceremonies and events designed to honor meaningful life passages moments of transition, remembrance, integration, or renewal. Each experience is shaped around the individual or group, guided by sound, ritual structure, presence, and atmosphere rather than a fixed formula. I have been creating and holding these kinds of ceremonial spaces for many years, both privately and in communal settings, with care for pacing, intention, and the integrity of the moment being marked.

A "mother-daughter" reading for my wife and daughter - they both had an outstanding experience. My only regret is not getting a reading for myself!!
